I agree with u Mayer doesn't step foot in a freshman game. Hands down the most talented big man in nky 8th grade Me personally thought a couple of the fouls on Mayer were pretty ticky tack but the same went for centers but over all it was a well officiated game. Mayer is gonna be fun to watch play in high school I'm looking forward to it.

what a great game tonight with the 8 th grade st. Pius v/s CEMS. Some bad phantom calls on Mayer and Centers to make them both sit with about 3 min left in the third. The difference in the game is when pius hit 3 3s in a row. They face guarded centers the whole game to keep the ball out of his hands. Mayer is a stud not for sure his stats. Centers finished with 15 points 11 boards

CE vs St. Pius at twenhowfel 3:15 8th grade

Absolutely a great game tonight between CEMS and highlands. It was a defensive battle the score flipped flopped all game. It was really sad someone had to lose the way these boys battled the entire game. Congrats to highlands on a great season. And good luck to CEMS in the ship!!

St. Pius beat Bsac by 1. It was a great game. Grant disken and Jay Jackson showed up to play for Bsac they combined for 41 of the 43 points scored by Bsac it was pretty impressive to watch

Does anyone no how there doing the seeding in the big school division. R they going by overall record first and how r they doing the bracket?

Jay and grant both r two of the top players in nky 8th grade IMO. I love watching them play!!

What games are there tonight besides CE at Conner?

Surely an AD or coaches wouldn't move players up but then at tournament time bring them back down to play.

I was present at the game last I heard no name calling and seen no kids dressed up as nerds and the same kids that played the majority of time in last nights game were the same kids that played in the first game they played against each other. It was a great game CE was just a little better last night.

I agree it was a fair question. I guess I kinda answered the question with a question. I just haven't noticed a difference in the st. Pius team but CE beat them last year by 2 also as 7th graders but they have split the last two years each team winning at there place

Not really for sure there record but didn't they go into OT at highlands this year and that was when highlands was healthy and had salter and Huddleson playing along with Ahlfeld?

Great game last night between Beechwood and CE. Beechwood won by by 3. But it was a great battle

They had one player that was not there that started when they played the night before in the school league (Zac Jennings) but your right other than that they did have the rest of there starters there. I'm not trying to take anything away from ockerman they played hard and wanted it more.

CE was missing two players when ockerman beat them in the Christmas tournament. It was a great game though
