Mercerburg played well, but not well enough to defeat an upper 12th team on their home floor. As far as i'm concerned, you have the best (SW, Wayne, Boyle, Lincoln) and then the rest (West, Mercerburg, Pulaski, Casey, etc.)

Can we get Ed McKinney a T-Shirt that says "free hugs"? He's constantly got both arms spread as wide as possible complaining about something to the officials!!

All I'm saying is if Danville can shoot for an entire game like they did in the first half (mainly the 2nd quarter) they can pose a threat. Mix that in with an upper tier team not playing well and a upset can very possibly happen. We all know it's a long shot that Danville makes the region but it's high school basketball, I've seen stranger things happen....

If Danville can shoot like they did for the first 3 quarters, they can compete with ANYBODY in the 12th. And if Boyle can play like they did in the 4th quarter, they will be HARD to beat. With that said this game is always close (for the most part). Records don't matter, ratings don't mean a thing, location doesn't mean a thing. Boyle is obviously the better team and imposed their will in the 4th quarter. But kudos to Ed McKinney and Danville, they hung around with a team that on paper they had no chance against. I'm excited for tourney time, the 12th will be a blast!!

Lincoln is good, real good.... but just imagine if they had a big....:woot:

Tall test for the Rebels. 5th game in 5 days, all against top 25 teams. With that said, I look for them to come out with energy and play well. Well enough to win? That's a long shot, but if this team continues to improve like they have.... Come tourney time, LOOK OUT!
