Highlands#1

No properly evaluated means nothing to me. However I keep seeing and hearing of all these changes and seems as if every week it get's no better so what gives?

The proof is in the pudding

If the defense is so bad I would like to ask WHY did they not play some key defense players? I seen them play 3rd and 4th string players while the 2nd string sat on the bench. I am questioning the whole team at this point. And now your going to throw them players to our JV team just because the coaches felt it necessary to not play players that have played all year. do you not think that is a slap in the face to the boy's who have played every game but tonight? This whole program is down right embarrassing.

And when bringing the whole offense side over to play defense doesn't work then what?

No I know you and you know me but ok lol. It's time adults act like adults and cheer these boy's up and not talk about how untalented they are. It is a slap in the face for these boy's and coaches.

Stood you up? I said I would give you a call when I was there at half time and you acted like you didn't want that? I have no reason to stand anyone up.

I hope you are wrong in the most kindness of ways. Our boy's are working hard to become the team they know they can be and that is all we can ask of our boy's

Yes they should take into consideration how these boy's feel and what they feel needs changes

Everyone speaks of the birds being down in size and also talent. However even if you have the size or talent and it is not used in the way that makes a difference what would size or talent have to do with making this team what it needs to be? I think everyone of these boy's have talent. Are they the same size as most of the birds from years out maybe not, However with that being said sometimes with the size that is all you have.Size doesn't make you a football player. As for the kick off mess up that boy is a heck of a kicker. One mess up doesn't make him a bad player. What I see in our boy's is they know who has the talent to stand next to them because they practice with them everyday , However if the staff isn't listening to the players and what they think needs to happen then that is a issue. As many know my son warms the bench and that is ok with me. However he does hang out with the big players of Friday night and they all talk and know who needs to play and who does not. The players as well as the Highlands fans have had enough. I let my son and his friends read this thread and they laughed and said people who think they know what they are talking about is "CLUELESS". All I can ask from all the TRUE blue birds fans is ENCOURAGE THEM, SUPPORT THEM, AND STAND BEHIND THEM AS PARENT'S AND FANS. It doesn't take one or two players to make a team it takes them all. Let's all stand beside these boy's that is all they want. They will get done what they need to. God bless and be kind. Our boy's do read this garbage.

I seen a lot of tough and mean on the field Friday. The problem with being tough and or mean is you play a couple plays and they take you out. They have no clue who are what players are going to play until that day. They all seem to be a bit confused. Back in the day you would have practice twice a day that just doesn't happen now.

Guy's I really do wish Highlands luck Friday. I think they will come out fighting and win just saying. Have all the faith in the world. So who is in to meet at 915 around 5:30?

No they do not however I am sure we could have one sat up at the 915 where we have most met lol.

Never had I said that at all. What I did say was the jv boys should have a chance to prove themselves. And what is wrong with that ? I think we have a darn good team varsity and jv. However I also see some huge boys on jv who if given a chance could make a difference. My son it is clear will not see much playing time at all until next year if at all and that is ok. No need to play nasty here. This game is for out boys not the parent's.

If it makes you feel better to keep the blinders on please do so. As I said I seen several players playing both games. End of story

I seen a couple Jv players playing Saturday who also seen playing time Friday night. My guess was to give the Varsity a breather.

Oh I have been around and I do not know his son sorry. But I will ask around more tomorrow I would like to see what kind of beast he is. As I said if he has played the last 4 years he should be awesome. And his father should be very proud of him. Mine has been playing also just not varsity and I am still very proud of him

Never said he was small. What I said was I have never heard of him . Now I have heard of a few on D that are bigger but never 10 sorry. Now had he said 54 yes I have heard that one many times but no 10 sorry
