No stats posted for Pulaski....anybody know how many Fitzgerald had?
-
Fitzgerald scored 39 against Boyle and pretty sure was held scoreless in the 1st quarter. Once he got going, the game was over.
-
it is usually a pregame dunk after the 12 min mark or a book error for the starting lineup.
-
I was using 247.
-
Why was Danville assessed a technical to start the game?
For the record Lincoln made 1 of 2. Difference in the game was 1 point....just saying.

Brohm landed 5 of Kentucky's top 11 kids for the recruiting class of 2018.
#2-Rondale Moore-Trinity
#6-Will Bramel-Boyle County
#7-Cory Trice-Christian County
#10-Kadin Smith-Spencer County
#11-Charles Allen-Doss
Based on the in-state network Brohm has in Kentucky, I suspect you will continue to see more and more in state players playing B1G 10 football at Purdue.

Fitzgerald is the best player in the state.
I hope Boyle is ready for district play....45th should be very balanced this year.

When I speak of transfer rule not benefiting kids. I believe that a kid shouldn't have to change their address to change schools. I think a kid should have a freedom to choose to play and go to school wherever they want as long as the school they want to transfer to will allow them in.
No adult has to change address to change coaching jobs. So why should kids have to move to better themselves.
So you would support this scenario.
Freshman: Play at Western Hills
Sophomore: Play at Lex Cath
Junior: Play at Boyle County
Senior: Play at Trinity
Home address: Harrodsburg, KY

Do you think the rules benefit kids and don't need change. Or do you think KHSAA should look at making changes to better benefit kids?
I do not know the transfer rules so it would be unfair for me to try to answer that part of the question. I do think think if you can benefit the kid without the benefit of a program for "recruiting" than I am all for it. If Wandale has more and better opportunities by playing somewhere other than Western Hills why wouldn't we support that?
I do think KHSAA tries to support kids best they can. Why else would you let the top 4 teams per district compete in post season play? It is a participation medal. And the fact the KHSAA has let it go on this long only reiterates giving kids as many experiences possible for high school kids.

Boyle County lost to Woodford County in the championship game of the Gateway Holiday Classic but they still had a good showing there last week.
The original score posted on KHSAA was incorrect showing Boyle won 63-59. It has since been revised to show the score correctly.
Woodford 69
Boyle 63
Still a nice recap of the 12th though!:thumb:

so long as transfers happen within the khsaa rules, I have no problem when or where kids transfer to.

There have been great eras in Cleveland sports history, especially in football, unequalled eras, in fact. And, yes, watching your team play its last game in its stadium and leave for another city is misery.
Wait...were you at the Browns v Oilers game? I was there in the dog pound. We had planned to take my dad there for his 60th birthday well before the announcement the Browns were leaving......it was a horrible day.
-
Cardiac Kids....The Bernie Years....there have been some good eras in Cleveland but nothing but misery since the Browns came back to Cleveland.

How can an organization be this bad year in and year out?
-
Boyle is gonna be good cause they are gonna be versatile. They can play small, they can play big. They will matchup well with most opponents as the year progresses.

Why is Waggenner's Jairus Brents not even in this conversation?
Arguably the most recruited player in Kentucky with over 30 D1 offers.
I know he was hurt and missed some games but still the hottest college pick in the state.

Rondale Moore
Jairus Brents

Any chance Bohn is a Mr. Kentucky candidate?

Trinity is part of the Catholic church. Your post does not reflect the teachings of the Catholic church.
Go on.....

Congrats to everyone.....strong list.

I don't buy that Purdue's QBs have no arms. Sindelar (from Caldwell Co.) can really wing it.
Sindelar throws an absolute laser. So hard in fact it is tough to catch. He is starting to get some touch on the ball now and should only get better in the off-season.
-
Boyle could be a really nice team by district tourney.
-
I still say he is D1 return guy.
Still congrats on the offers thus far.
-
Purdue has 4 commits from Kentucky thus far for the class of 18
Corey Trice from Christian County
Kaden Smith from Spencer County
Charles Allen from Doss
Will Bramel from Boyle County
Bramel just signed his NLI this morning for Purdue.

Boyle is better.....and that means diddly squat in this rivalry game.
I still like Boyle in a close one.
Boyle County 69
Danville 67
