  1. When you have the best player on the floor every night you are always in the game. The supporting cast has to figure out their roles to translate that advantage into W's.

Maybe the coach needs to figure out the roles of the supporting cast, seems like he has always liked one man offense, but Crawford is a nice HS player. It was a great HS game, the largest attendance of a regular season game that I have attended in years.

  2. If I were a Crazy and were reading this thread I'd be coming up with a new routine to break out for the side throw-in just to show people that my fellow Crazies knew they were being talked about.

I'd have "Welcome, thrower" signs. I'd have a tray with tea cups to offer the thrower. I'd have someone playing a violin. I'd have all of my Crazies sitting with their legs crossed and their hands folded on their knees.

I'd go totaly SNARKY and then come back even louder.

This sounds very childish coming from an adult.

  3. I too was expecting that flurry of points. Credit the Mustang defense and a poor shooting night for the Wildcats. Brossart held them to around 26% from the field including 11% from behind the arc. 3 of Snapps 13 came from the volleyball line with about a minute to go in the game when they were trying to play catch up.

Snapp did not let the game come to him,,,,Too many bad forced shots....

  4. This South team has the potential to be one of the best-shooting Dragon teams in some time - and that's saying a lot, considering South Oldham has been one of the best perimeter shooting teams in the state for some time. Rebounding will likely tel the tale, though....South likely won't physically dominate anyone on the glass, but rebounding is 2/3 heart and effort, anyway....

The Dragons are likely to be a bit overlooked to start the season, but Steve Simpson's track record in Crestwood is excellent. One way or another, expect the Dragons to be in the 8th region mix when all is said and done.

Did'nt South have a big kid transfer, I believe about 6'6".
