Wow! Does anything ever change with Cooper, year after year it's up and down.
-
Scott County started 3 freshmen,1 soph., and 1 jr. LCA started 2 freshmen.
-
Add Scott and Holmes..and maybe more.
Meant to say Scott and St. Henry
-
Forgot to mention that tonight was also a coach's convention of sorts.
Represented was CovCath, NewCath, Cooper, Holmes, and a couple of other familiar faces that I wasn't for certain what staffs they belonged to.
Add Scott and Holmes..and maybe more.

Bad night for the camels, they just couldn't get over the HUMP. The 10th region just got a little more wide open.
-
Glad I missed this game,,no wonder the GC coach wanted to step down over the summer.
-
SK travels to Walton Friday night. One of my favorite games to watch.
Can't believe this game would turn you on,,,,SK by 22, WV will be outmatched.
-
When you have the best player on the floor every night you are always in the game. The supporting cast has to figure out their roles to translate that advantage into W's.
Maybe the coach needs to figure out the roles of the supporting cast, seems like he has always liked one man offense, but Crawford is a nice HS player. It was a great HS game, the largest attendance of a regular season game that I have attended in years.
-
Coaching strategy and player execution will determine the outcome of this one. Whoever comes to play will get this "W".
Since you are in the middle of the road o this one, don't let the headlights blind you,,LOL. I will take Augusta by double digits.

If I were a Crazy and were reading this thread I'd be coming up with a new routine to break out for the side throw-in just to show people that my fellow Crazies knew they were being talked about.
I'd have "Welcome, thrower" signs. I'd have a tray with tea cups to offer the thrower. I'd have someone playing a violin. I'd have all of my Crazies sitting with their legs crossed and their hands folded on their knees.
I'd go totaly SNARKY and then come back even louder.
This sounds very childish coming from an adult.
-
Yes it should be stopped, they should remain in the seating area. Wonder what would be said if a group of adults were to do this to an inbounds passer ?
-
so, for those of you who were in attendance, what were your thoughts on Oldham?
They are just an average team at this point. They play hard, really good passing team, and are well coached.
-
Nice win for the Bearcats today.
Yeah, it was a dog fight..

Is Coach Ruthzats' job in trouble at CovCath?
Lol sometimes I Crack myself up.
If he doesn't quit playing his son so much, it might be. Looks like the son needs a little more seasoning.

I too was expecting that flurry of points. Credit the Mustang defense and a poor shooting night for the Wildcats. Brossart held them to around 26% from the field including 11% from behind the arc. 3 of Snapps 13 came from the volleyball line with about a minute to go in the game when they were trying to play catch up.
Snapp did not let the game come to him,,,,Too many bad forced shots....

Oh my !! After all the CCH preseason hype...
-
In or out?
OUT

Ouch...tough first outing for WC.
The way they played,,there could be more to follow. Just a BAD night..

This South team has the potential to be one of the best-shooting Dragon teams in some time - and that's saying a lot, considering South Oldham has been one of the best perimeter shooting teams in the state for some time. Rebounding will likely tel the tale, though....South likely won't physically dominate anyone on the glass, but rebounding is 2/3 heart and effort, anyway....
The Dragons are likely to be a bit overlooked to start the season, but Steve Simpson's track record in Crestwood is excellent. One way or another, expect the Dragons to be in the 8th region mix when all is said and done.
Did'nt South have a big kid transfer, I believe about 6'6".

Only 5 coaches voted? That is a shame.
Makes you wonder, if the coaches have no interest, why should the fans.

Norris Beckley played at Morehead State Univ.
Yep,, I stand corrected....
