  1. Negative in most matters instead of being positive, instead of pushing their kids to be committed they want to place full blame on coaches, if players are disciplined they generally disagree, unwilling to assist with booster clubs, etc. Barren has averaged a new HC every 3 yrs for the past two decades! The parents have to push their sons to work as hard as they can year-round and realize there are only 11 on the field at a time...'lil Johnny may not be the best suited for those 11 so he needs to work harder!
  2. Change parental attitudes, focus, improve team speed, improve line, become more dedicated and believe in themselves
  3. Be consistent, change attitude, and get stronger.
