I'm a big Lesnar fan but I do think he needs to start appearing more and defending the title more than doing the Undertaker appearances... I think Finn Balor deserves to be champ, he was the first ever universal champion and had to relinquish it due to injury and never really had a chance to get it back.

I don't see South Warren getting anywhere near a state championship next season, they lose a ton.

Looks like the Mariners and Mets trade is done. Mets will get: Cano, Diaz and $20MIL. Mariners will get: Bruce, Swarzak, Kelenic, Dunn and Bautista. Mariners are saving right at $64MIL with this deal.

I think Rollins drops the IC belt to Ambrose and goes on to win the Universal championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. I did read that Auska was only put in the match to protect both Charlotte and Becky due to both of them being really hot at the moment.

With 2018 season finally coming to a close, and the new district alignment being implemented next season, who will repeat as state champions? 6A: Male 37-20 over Scott County. (Male stays put in 6A, Scott County moves to 5A). 5A: South Warren 20-16 over Cov Cath. (Both are staying in 5A). 3A: Central 20-19 over Corbin. (Both teams move to 4A). 2A: Christian Academy-Louisville 34-26 over Mayfield. (CAL moves to 3A, Mayfield stays in 2A). 1A: Beechwood 21-20 over Pikeville. (Beechwood moves to 2A, Pikeville stays in 1A). So, out of all the teams that won a state championship this season, who is the most likely to repeat as state champions next season? Bray Wyatt made his return to the squared circle at Starrcade but he hasn't been seen on TV in a long time. His return is expected sooner rather than later. So my question is, when does the eater of worlds return to TV?

I didn't like this to begin with. Hopefully they can find a good coach. One thing that hurts the Bulls is they trade away most of their draft picks and the ones they have they draft players that no one has ever heard of, they really need to stop doing that. So I just seen that they named Jim Boylen permanent head coach. Wow.

Cats travel to New York on Saturday to take on the Pirates of Seton Hall. Tip is set for 12:00 PM on Fox. Citi Hoops classic at Madison Square Garden. Can the Cats keep their win streak alive or will the Pirates hand them their second loss of the season?

We’re through the opening week of the high school basketball season in the bluegrass state. We’ve had several heart breakers, nail bitters, first time winners in a long time, you name it, it’s happened this week in the 14th region. Let’s take a look back at the opening week of the 14th region. 1.) Knott County Central (1-0): While several teams if not most, were having multiple games last week, the Patriots on the other hand was not. In fact the Patriots only played just one game. The Patriots traveled to Whitley County on Saturday to participate in the Edgewood Supercenter Hardwood classic against Mercer County. It would take an extra period to settle this one and once the final horn sounded the scoreboard read, Knott Central 87 Mercer County 72. Upcoming Games: December 5th (Wednesday) vs. Bell County (@ Perry Central in the WYMT Classic). 2.) Hazard (1-0): The Bulldogs, much like Knott Central only played one game last week and they had to make a long trip themselves, a trip to Berea to participate in the Berea tip-off classic. The Bulldogs would take on Sayre. A game that would go back and forth before the Bulldogs would pull it out late, winning 42-38 Upcoming Games:Mondayvs. Powell County, Tuesday vs. Wolfe County, Thursday vs.Barbourville and Saturday vs. Garrard County. 3.) Perry County Central (1-0): The Commodores hosted former coach, Kevin Spurlock and his Floyd Central Jaguars on Thursday night and the Commodores wouldn’t have much of a problem picking up win #1 as they cruised to a 73-54 victory over the Jags. Noah Back led the way for Perry Central with 31 including going 6/12 from 3. Upcoming Games:December 4th (Tuesday) at home vs. Harlan County in the WYMT Classic. 4.) Breathitt County (1-2): One of the top teams in the 14th region has gotten off to a rocky start, going 1-2 in their first 3 games. The Bobcats opened the season on the road at Harrison County and it was an ugly game as the Thoroughbreds rolled to a 76-59 victory over the Bobcats. Breathitt returned home the very next night, hosting Piarist school and they didn’t have a problem picking up the first win on the season as they rolled to an 86-29 win with ease. Breathitt County would be on the road again on Saturday as they traveled down to Harlan County to take on the Black Bears and once again a double digit loss for the Bobcats as they fell 76-56. Upcoming Games:Thursday Dec. 6th vs. Jackson City, Saturday December 8th vs. Letcher County Central. 5.) Letche rCounty Central (1-0):The Cougars were on the road this past week with just one game on the schedule, against Wolfe County, a team that was suppose to be one of the surprise teams this coming season. Letcher County Central didn’t have a problem getting past the Wolves as they rolled to an 18 pointroad win 94-76. Upcoming Games: Tuesday December 4th vs. June Buchanan, Thursday December 6th vs. Oneida Baptist Institute, Saturday December 8th@ #4 Breathitt County. 7.) Cordia (0-3):The Lions had a rough way to open the season as they took 3 losses square on the chin that’s left some bruises. The Lions made the trip to Lexington to take on the Eagles of Lexington Christian Academy to open the season, Cordia never could get going as they fell to the Eagles 67-50. The Lions would make the trip up to Ashland to take on the Tomcats and yet again, couldn’t get going on their way to a 75-58 loss. Cordia would head to North Laurel on Saturday to take on the Corbin Redhounds in the Nissan Classic and this would be another blowout loss for the Lions as they fell 73-52. Upcoming Games:Saturday December 8th vs. South Laurel (at Jackson County PRTC Classic). 8.) Estill County (0-2):The Engineers opened up the season on heart-break avenue as they lost two really close games. The Engineers opened the season up at home against Jackson County, a game that would go back and forth before the Generals edging out the Engineers 51-46, the same exact score as last season’s game up in McKee. Estill County would then welcome in a long time rival, a team that Coach Bentley has never beaten in his tenure at Estill, Madison Southern, led by Coach Bentley’s good friend and former EKU teammate, Austin Newton. Estill would grab a 7 point led in the first half but the second half was all Madison Southern as they would jump out to a 10 point led late but the scrappy Engineers came back to take a 60-58 led with 37.5 seconds remaining. Madison Southern would get a wide open layup that would tie the game at 60, the very next possession, Madison Southern would come up with a huge steal and layup to put them up 62-60 with just 15 seconds to play. Estill couldn’t get any closer than that before falling to the Eagles 64-60. Upcoming Games:Tuesday December 4th vs. Rockcastle County, Friday December 7th vs. Whitley County (at Jackson County PRTC Classic) and Saturday December 8th vs. Rowan County (@ Breathitt County Peggy Moore Memorial). 9.) Wolfe County (1-1): Wolfe County got the season started off right with a 94-87 win over Oneida Baptist Institute (these two will hook up again in February at OBI). That wouldn’t be a big test for the Wolves, the best test could come in form of the Cougars from Letcher County Central. Wolfe County had all sorts of trouble with the Cougars on their way to a 94-76 loss. This week doesn’t get any easier for Wolfe County. Upcoming Games:Tuesday December 4th@ Hazard, Saturday December 8th vs. Buckhorn (@ Breathitt County Peggy Moore Memorial) 10.) Powell County (0-2): Despite starting the season off 0-2, the Pirates actually have played some pretty good ball so far this season, however one of those losses is to a team that, according to KHSAA Scoreboard, they had never lost to, Menifee County. Menifee County defeated the Pirates on their own home floor 77-72 to begin the season. Powell County welcomed in Lexington’s Tate's Creek on Saturday night in what was actually a good game, Tate's Creek pulled out a close one,66-54. Upcoming Games: Monday December 3rd @ Hazard, Thursday December 6th @ Madison Southern. 11.) Buckhorn (1-1):The Wildcats have played well to start the season off. They defeated Betsy Layne 48-36. Buckhorn made the trip to Berea to participate in the Berea tip-off classic, playing Garrard County. The Wildcats battled back before falling 60-53 in a close one to the Golden Lions. 12.) Jackson City (1-2):Jackson City defeated Lee County 84-41 to open the season but took two hard losses. 79-63 to Menifee County and 93-52 to McCreary Central. 13.) June Buchanan (1-1): The Crusaders cruised past Piarist 59-24 but would fall to Betsy Layne 62-45 in their second game on the season. 14.) Owsley County (1-0):The Owls cruised past Evangel Christian 70-22 on Saturday in the Berea tip-off classic to open the season up. 15.) Lee County (1-2):The Bobcats finally picked up win #1 in a long time, defeating Evangel Christian on Friday in the Berea tip-off classic. 16.) Riverside Christian (0-0): No games have been listed for Riverside on the KHSAA Scoreboard.

Final in overtime. This was a fantastic game. Giants keep right around a 10 point led the entire second half. Chicago would inch closer but New York would push it back out. Down 27-17 with 1:30 to go, the Bears would kick a FG to bring it to 27-20, they then would recover an onside kick, the 4th onside kick recovered within all of the NFL this season. New York would get called for pass interference with 3 seconds left which would place the ball at the 1 yard line on a double reverse pass the Bears would convert a TD as time expires, the XP would go through the uprights tying the game and sending it into overtime. New York got the ball to start the overtime period and would have to settle for what would be the final score of the game, a FG. Chicago's last chance came on a 4th down pass that was broken up down field.
