Very happy for Detroit and they very well could make the NFC championship. Based on how Philadelphia has played as of late or possibly facing Tampa Bay, that could be a very winnable game for Detroit.

At least we finally have what a playoff football game should look like. I did expect this to be one of the better games.
-
For Dallas to do better moving forward, they will need a new quarterback and coach.

Belichick to the Cowboys.
I believe so too.

In all seriousness, no one can really argue that Green Bay hasn’t gotten their quarterback draft picks right since the 90’s. Favre, Rodgers, and now Love.

Green Bay 34 Dallas 10, another easy touchdown scoring drive by the Packers.

For a neutral observer, these have been absolutely terrible games.
The games have been horrible so far. I do believe KC and Miami might have been better if the weather wasn’t as cold.

Dak simply is not the quarterback for Dallas to get to where they want to be, plain and simple.

Agree. Many people were shaming the Bengals for that loss and calling it a team the Bengals should not lose to. My takeaway was Houston is really GOOD. I had picked up CJ Stroud in my fantasy league a couple weeks before but I was even more impressed with Houston after that Bengals game. I added Singletary after the Bengals game.
Singletary has played really well. If Stroud didn’t go out the time he did with his injury Houston wouldn’t have seven losses in my opinion.

After Houston beat Cincinnati, I said then not to be surprised if they won their division. Houston has themselves a very nice young team that’s likely only going to get better. If Stroud stays healthy, he could eventually be the best quarterback of the NFL and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration.

Stroud is in my top 5 QB's in the NFL.
Mine too.

I don't bet NFL at all but I put together a parlay for the weekend. Tua under on passing yards was my first leg and Kelce going over was my 2nd. I thought the weather made both of those safe picks. So let's keep it rolling...I have $10 sunk in!
Seriously though the weather seemed to impact receivers much more than it did the QBs today.
I agree, receivers seemed more affected than anyone overall. Mahomes didn’t seem affected at all, I thought Tua was at times.

Peacock definitely showed plenty of Taylor Swift, which I also expected to happen.

Too much cold for Miami to handle. If not for the catch and run by Hill for the touchdown, this could have easily been zero points for them. Will be interesting to see if they can match what they did overall during the regular season next season.
-
It’s probably going to be a long night for Miami.

Houston is going to only get better over time. I thought this was going to be a pretty good game. Absolute meltdown by Cleveland in all parts of the game, that was definitely a beating they took.
-
Hit the lights, Cleveland isn’t coming back from this. I actually thought this would be a pretty good game.

Surprised at this hire.

It’s been pretty well known for a while this job was Mayo’s to lose.
I agree don’t know why so many were thinking Mike Vrabel was going.

I am hearing that Sark is not leaving Texas the name I hear is the top of the list and many think he will take it is Washington Coach Kalen DeBoer. I did not know that his career record as a head coach in is 104-12. He is just 49 years old.
Didn’t know DeBoer’s record was that impressive. They could go after him but I think he would be on the longer part of the list. Either way, who knows.

I was surprised to hear about this win for sure.

My gut tells me the record of Dabo the past 3 years will work against him.
It could but it still wouldn’t surprise me too much to see him there.

I believe it will be Kiffin or Dabo.

Kind of figured this was coming too. There’s no doubt that he’s the best college football coach to do it in my opinion. The next coach has some mighty big shoes to fill.

And at least a few others for a reminder, especially past playoff games.
