I don’t care what the costs are I only care if Obama is successful in the objectives of this trip and if it benefits the American interests. That will not be determined until well after he returns. I think all Presidents have been criticized for travel at some point, it just a cost of doing business. Again, I’m not a fan of Obama, but I hope he comes back to Washington with a new trade agreement with India.

Being in the international trade business I can tell you that the 1.1 billion consumers in India are somewhat of an untapped market for the US manufacturers. Exporting to India is very complex and expensive and if this “diplomatic” trip could result in some type of trade agreement this would be very beneficial to US manufactures, especially in the automotive industry. I’m not a fan of Obama, but Presidential travel is inherently expensive but very necessary for our foreign and domestic interests.

50 MPH winds and they've got a kid up in the air taping? Sad, sad, sad and adults who were there should have known better.
This is a tragedy and my heart goes out to his family and friends and I’m sure due to the high profile of this accident there will be an in depth investigation. But, this was a 20 year old man, he is an adult and nobody knows if he was told to go up and videotape or if he did so on his own free will. Anything other than that is pure speculation.

I thought NewCath playing in the GCL had to do with not being elibible for the NKAC championship in the early 60's. For NewCath to play for a League title I think they decided to play in the GCL. They were competitive for the 1st 2 or 3 years. But as Moeller began to emerge, NewCath began to fight Mcknick,La Salle and Purcell for the 2nd tier of the GCL. If you look at their records wins against Moeller, Elder and Roger Bacon are few and far between (if any ) I don't believe they have ever beaten Moeller.
You are correct, Moeller is the only GCL team that Newcath didn't have a win against.

About as close as it gets.
It's also funny to me that T&X (fans) are complaining that they are going to be in the same district. Newcath and Beechwood would like to go back to the days when they were in the same district. It is a rivalry, but it is a unique rivalry in which each team has genuine mutual respect for the other’s program.

Why is everyone so up in arms? This isn't the BCS. The polls don't equate into seeding. The playoffs dictate who is truly #1.
Me and you are calm, out team is #1!

I had season tickets for the Cincinnati Commando's last year, arena football is great entertainment. Happy that I can watch arena football in a nice facility. The Cincinnati Gardens should be condemned! I’m very surprised the Dominick Goodman didn’t get a roster spot an AFL team. He caught everything thrown his way last year. He is a great signing for the new team!

I would guess NCC, DeSales, and either Danville, Corbin, or Holy Cross. However, that is just a guess.
#1 Newcath
#2 Danville
#3 DeSales
#4 Ft. Campbell

This is typical election year politics. It said in the article that Farmer was a former President of the SASDA and that the annual meeting is held in the current Presidents “home turf”. So was anyone complaining when 14 other Agriculture leaders and their staff were in Kentucky spending money on golf and Kentucky Bourbon?

I don't think so, running clock in the 3rd. NewCath has too much of everything that Lloyd can't handle this year. I hope they can turn that program around.

I was shocked with the drinking and smoking on TV.
Role models? I thought tobacco was banned from the dugouts???
I was shocked when I saw on the news that there was a riot at a 3-year old birthday party at 1:15 in the morning. Not to shocked to see a baseball team celebrating a division championship.

I think baseball is different because of how the players got to the “Big Leagues”. A lot of them never went to College and with the exception a very elite few, most spend many years in the bus leagues to get a chance to play in the top league. Then if they are lucky enough to win a playoff spot I think it is time for a big celebration. In football and basketball the “few” is reversed.

I would just like to see Newcath play mistake free for 3 qtrs. then let the JV get some action in the 4th.

According to the radio listeners, their kids who were at home.
The parents probably think that their kid will “win” 6th place in micro soccer and then want to smoke a cigar after they get their participation trophy.

I’m sure the Reds knew the consequences and that they will gladly pay the $50 / $100 fine or whatever it is. It was a great night and if anybody that was offended by them smoking a good cigar after a big win, I’m sure they are not a true Red’s fan!

I will say this, If NewCath doesn’t learn some ball security they can be beat by anybody!
-
The game was not as close as the score, great game by NewCath!

May I remind you that India has 1.1 billion consumers, if the US made a trade agreement for chewing gum this trip would pay dividends.
