Brossart should be another team that should not be overlooked.

One team I think will surprise alot of people is Holy Cross. Tiberi will lead the team in hitting again and Ritter will be the ace.

Pitchers- Sexton, Cain, Teegarden, Johnson

Hitters- Laumann, Sexton, Teegarden, Hempel

Hitter- Hempel, Teegarden and Sexton

As most would Coach. Who in your opinion is the top 3 pitchers and top 3 hitters in the region?

Yeah they will be tough. I think you will see them hurting in the beginning of the season with the loss of Gerwe, Warning, Klein and Stayton. They never have a problem with their bats with the style fo ball Krumps plays. Pitching will be there biggest problem. Right now I would say either Shumate or Arnzen. With Hellman as the number 2 or 3.

Nobody should be looking past CovCath, alot of young player who can play the game. Top 5 team.

Just going off of what the college coaches are saying Their info is usually the most accurate since their livlihood depends on it. Especially the in state guys from Morehead, EKU, WKU, Louisville, etc. They have to stay well connected with the in state kids with the new NCAA restrictions on scholarships.

How do you know all of these college coach's?

Ive been on the other end of them picthes and I can tell you, he is one of the hardest thrower I have to catch.

Yes CCH has very talented 14 and 15 year old BOYS, but Highlands has very very talented 14 and 15 year old YOUNG MEN with better coaching.

Were you there marley? Sounds like an impressive showing by Sexton. Should be an exciting year in NKY with players like Hempel, Laumann, Sexton and Teegarden in the running for POY IMHO.

I still find it hard to think that a powerhouse like SK will play Scott. Go Eagles not every body gets the chance to play a major powerhouse that never won anything.

Sexton had a great Showcase 90mph and 2HR, heard he was by far the best overall player at the Showcase.

SK has played two teams who are good and that great defense was beat both time. The T game would be just like the Middletown score was.

Yeah I just got word that Sexton and Laumann got invited to play in Columbus in a Blue/ White all star game at Dublin Coffman High School.

I heard Sexton was playing for the Danville Mustangs this Summer. Does anyone know if that is true?

No Sexton is playing for Kentucky Kings,but he did play fall ball with them along with Teegarden, Clarkson and Cottingham.

I was there. Sexton topped out at 85. Cottingham's best pop time in-game was 2.09

The board at midland had Cottingham at 2.03 and your right Sexton topped out at 85.
