South was the better team in this one, they just played really bad basketball. Everyone who was watching knows that this was a terrible game for south and a really good game for Gallitan. South would have probably pulled it together in OT anyways. And you think you got cheated? Video, look at that. The Gallitan county call was NOTHING compared to this. THAT is cheated. Any coach is going to say that to make the other coach feel better.

This should be a big advantage to south now. South beat Anderson last time they played them and now without Ruggles they should have more confidence. All they have to do is go out and play a solid game and not let Russel have a carrier game. What do you mean by Pesky?

South never really trailed in the 2nd half. It wasn't that close. They looked much better than Anderson. They have much more shooters and depth than Anderson county.

Brennan carrithers' dad played at Georgetown so that may of had some to do with it. Yes he is south oldhams 3rd string center as well behind Schumm and Malueg. He had never really gotten quality PT this season. That's how strong of a team south has though...

South could very well win the 8th. They've gotten into the top 20 in the cantrell ratings. That's it. They have a lot of depth. If they get a decent draw and play good, physical defense they can win the 8th. Their loss to Shelby doesn't mean as much b/c that was a couple months ago and was at shelby. Now it would be on a neutral court and that is much better for south. Good luck dragons!

South Oldham just beat J-town and has a solid 21-5 record and they're not in the top 20?

It wasn't too close. South lead more pretty much all of the first half then pushed their lead to 72-44 towards the end of the 3rd and ended up winning 84-65.
