  1. It was a box and chaser, for some strange reason Owen placed their other 4 players next to the Henry defenders. There was no use of the short corner, There were no movement or screens for Gayheart.
  2. Henry played well. They took their time on offense, working for a good shot. Owen seemed to forget who the go to players were on the team. Williams rarely saw the ball and Osborne did not see it much after hitting the early 3's
  3. District seeding is won in December and January. The seeding is extremly important. Seeding makes every district game a must win. I Think at this point in the early season, coach Jones and Coach Duvall would rather be playing Henry or Carroll when it is one and out. I agree it is early, but every win or loss is big. Seeding will help ensure that the best two teams will play in the regional tournament.
  4. The District records thus far look different. It has been my expierence that the better teams will have the better records.
  5. I knew the Rebels were big and strong in the paint. I was shocked with the speed in the open court. They shot Lay up after lay up.
  6. The game will be decided by guard play. Owen will win if they can handle the presure.
  7. Owen County did not have an answer for the box and chaser.
