They just have to figure out the line situation and they'll be fine...Which Corbin always manages do so when the season gets underway. Also they have to figure out who the QB is going to be as well.

I believe I have said all along, Wall will end up at Duke. As much as I want him at Kentucky, I dont think it will happen.

UK have a very good class, but the Fab 5 was once in a lifetime, whether the rankings show it or not. Webber is a future HOF'er. Rose was amazing in college and was a very solid pro. Juwan Howard was extremely tough in college, and was a good pro especially during his first few years.
1. Webber or Cousins- Webber. I like Cousins but it's not even close.
2. Howard or Orton- Howard. I think Orton could be very good, but Howard for now, probably in the future as wel.
3. J.Rose or Wall- Push. I think Wall can be better, but he has to: come here for this to matter, actually play in a few games, and have the impact college wise that Jalen Rose had.
4. King or Bledsoe- I will take King. I have watched Bledsoe and he is a nice player, but not as high quality as he is being ranked.
5. Ray Jackson or John Hood- Possibly a push, I love Hood's game, but I will take Jackson for now.
Fab Five all day long.
Comparing these players right now isn't legit. Your comparing these players after they played in the NBA, to players not yet in college!IMO thats Not fair!:thumb:

Wrong! He played two years at Hampton. Google Matt Pilgrim and it will bring up his stats at Hampton.
He played 1 year at Cincinatti. Maybe a different Matt Pilgrim.

I think this could be the best team ever. With Meeks, Patterson and Wall all being on the roster next year.
If wall isn't here, that means Bledsoe starts, not Galloway. IMO

Tubby didn't recruit Sparks. Sparks originally signed and played at Western. He later transferred to UK.
Transfers are recruited the same as high school players are, after announcing his transfer. Sparks announced he was leaving then Tubby got on him very hard.

May not have been a 5-star recruit but turned out to be a very big player.

How will the Hound offense look?
RB- Fritts
RB- Taylor
FB- Watkins
QB- Smith
TE- Manns
WR- Fredricks
OL- Morris
OL- Lewallen
OL- Mills
Foley and Vorbeck will have to play somewhere as skilled positions. Who will be the other offensive line players? Sowders has some ability as a wideout and Smallwood as a tightend? McDaniels and Mitchell could provide a spark as well somewhere on the field when the Hounds have the ball.
McDaniels and Mitchell was a solid duo in JV last season.

This is one of the best recruiting classes EVER in UK history but definitly the Best class since Tubby brought in Rondo, Crawford, Bradley, Morris and Sparks.

Regaurdless of where Wall ends up at, Kentucky is just fine with Bledsoe at the point for the next 3-4 years!

Patterson is giving Cal a chance by participating in the practices that UK has been able to have under the NCAA guidlelines the past few weeks...and Calipari has noted how well that both Meeks and Patterson could do in his dribble drive offense. Coach Cal has also stated that people would not recognize Patterson in his offense as he has been able to face the basket on the wing and baseline and knock down the 12-15 foot jumper on a consistent basis.
So it is not Patterson not giving Cal a chance as his head coach...it is more that Patterson is wanting to test the waters and see where he falls in this years draft from what the scouts say...and after apparantly the last two years of not having a whole lot of fun...you can't blame Patterson for wanting to see what is out there for him and his family.
I would love to see PPat come back next season with Meeks to see what kind of trouble we can cause in the SEC and NCAA with what we have coming in and hopefully coming back...but if he keeps his name in the NBA I will be pulling for him to be as high a pick as he can and to be a very successful NBA player.

The QB position is up in the air as of now. Roman is the better athlete and faster runner, over Smith. The real question is, will Smith even play football? some says no, because of his knee surgery last season. Some say yes because he can start right away.
