Shelby County is not down enough not to be an 8th region contender. Seneca and Trinity are two really good teams that they lost to. Trinity can play with anybody in the 7th right now. SC beat a solid Davies Co. team. It benefits Shelby County's young players to play against this schedule early.

Ballard and Eastern is the best regular season game in Louisville IMO - always big crowds and lots of "energy"

Can anyone say how Chris Harrison (Jr.) did for Trinity against Franklin Co.? I saw him play against Paducah Tillman at PRP a couple of weeks ago. He starts at point guard for Trinity and he's a freshman...

At least the tournament organizers should have scheduled the Holmes/Seneca game later in the evening to attract more of a crowd. Regardless of the winner - it should be an up and down dunk-a-thon. Both teams can play above the rim and both teams press and push tempo - I wish it was later in the evening - wife will still be returning presents!!!

Probably. I think Seneca is about where Holmes was with last year's team. Seneca is real athletic and deep. Holmes has the experience of winning big games. It will definitely be the best match-up (or most fun to watch) of the tournament IMO...
