It wasn't a critisism, and I don't think I would go as far as to say that the Powers kid will out do the Jones boy. First of all the Powers kid only plays offense, the Jones boy plays both ways. I agree, the Powers kid is a great player and deserves his fair share. I just beleive that the Jones boy deserves to touch the ball more than two times per game. From what I understand the Jones boy get's the ball at practice over 90% of the time. Why not try giving it to him in the ball game. Did you not see the hurt he put on the Middlesboro player when he was running the ball? No doubt he would have made a touchdown if he would have had some blocking. He has put his time in, just like the other players, and maybe a little more ( I am talking about all the weight lifting, he looks like he spends alot of time in the weight room.) It's not a contest between the two boys, they are team mates and are both out there giving their all to win, as a team. Whitley has alot of talent, the coaches should try utilizing all of it, who knows what Great things could happen.
