Sometimes the problems stay when people leave to better themselves. As for the 7 year drought is that boys or girls basketball ?

You can't compare the boys to the girls at Rose Hill. The boys team that is still at the school has talent.

With the team that will be at Rose Hill next season playing a freshmen or jv schedule might be what they need to keep the games close.

If the talent is not there you can't develop it.

If Gambill leaves Rose Hill they lose their best player. I would guess she lead the team in scoring and rebounding. It will be hard to fill those shoes if she leaves.
