That's a shame about C.J., wonder why? Hmm, Jon Danks and Shawn Goins are very good players and would get a lot of playing time. You said none that would contribute? I guess you've never seen Nick Barnes play. If he puts his mind to it and worked his butt off, he could go Div. 1.

C.J. ( Charles Jewitt) will start for Lloyd next year as a Soph. I heard a lot of kids are not coming back, anyone else besides Nick and Jared ?

Ray's as good a coach, as he was a player at Morehead !! He's First Class all the way !!

Lloyd had 9 seniors on defense and 6 seniors on offense starting last year. I wouldn't consider that young. They need to work real hard on the o-line and d-line, LB's, if they are going to be successful

. I doubt if Coach Nevels would go to Scott. Coach Nevels and Casey were pretty good friends. If Casey gets another job, Coach Nevels might go with him. I do know that Coach Nevels left Lloyd. Actually, I heard Lloyd were losing a few good coaches this year

Dan Wolley from Lloyd H.S. will join the staff. I heard he would be the O.C.

1970 Butler Bears. Beat Trinity 20 - 0 for the state. 10 out of the 11 defensive players received full scholarships. Thier were 3 All State players on that TEAM

I believe he left Lloyd for a better opportunity at Scott. I heard he will be the offensive coordinator. and assistance Head Coach. At Lloyd he was the special teams coach.

Like what happened at Lloyd this year ? The one person being the A.D. I wish they would have had a committee and not have just one person make the decision on the next head footbal coach.

What ton of talent are you talking about ? Lloyd lost 9 starters on D., and, 4-5 starters on O. Hearthell, Walker and Sean Russell will be back, along with a few off. lineman. The Soph's do have talent, but, they did not get much playing time this year. IF the Soph's stick together, they should have a pretty good team in 2 years, but, I'm not so sure about next year. They had a very good schedule this year, and a very GOOD Senior class, a GREAT bunch of kids, but, only manage to win 3 games. .

Got to go with Beechwood and Coach Rash ! I'm sure a lot of Lloyd folks are behind them !
