February 28, 201214 yr Clyde, I'm not saying that the president shouldn't have apologize. I think he should have told them we made a mistake and asked for their forgiveness. I'm simply stating that he wouldn't to the same if a Christian group was offended and apparently you agree. I think that speaks volumes about this particular president. He's tried to make friend with the Islamic world for 3 plus years and it hasn't and will not work. On the other hand he has done nothing but push a secular agenda on the American public and could care less if it offends the Christian community. His apology was strategic and nothing else. It has nothing to with his "love" of Islam and his "hatred" towards Christianity. He SHOULD push a secular agenda in the US. He's the PRESIDENT not the POPE. I said he would not apologize for the accidental burning of a Bible because there would be no one demanding one nor would there be someone ready to do us harm should that happen. Come on. Surely, you see the difference, right? Just yanking my chain?

OK I will give you that the president issued an apology that was less than sincere in order to try and calm down an area of the world that has been in turmoil for 2000 years. With that said, why is he not demanding an apology for the murdering of two U.S. citizens?

However, I must say that an apology IMO would be hollow to Americans.
