Tied 14-14 after a quarter, the Mustangs shut out the Wildcats 21-0 for the ensuing 8 minutes and 29 seconds, from where the Wildcats were on top 19-18 at the 5:06 mark in the second period, through the 4:37 juncture in the third period, proving to be the difference in the game.

With the win the Mustangs become the first Brossart boys team to post 20 wins in a season since 2007.

The Mustangs play Campbell County on Wednesday night 2-29 at 7:30pm in the Campbell County Middle School, a winner-take-all game vs Campbell County to see who goes to the district finals and earn a berth to the 10th Region Tournament the following week.
