I did not go to the game but was listening on the radio. Game was closer than the score indicates. Fleming led at the half, and was only down one with a minute to go. Fleming fouled, was called for a technical...Montgomery converted, game over. Fleming defeated region opponent Russell last night.

Montgomery's starters sat more than usual in the first half due to 2 fouls being called on Prewitt, Fruth, and Handshoe. Our point guard only played about 6 minutes in the first half. That definitely affected the first half, but the Indians pushed through it and got their 21st win tonight. Combs stepped up big and had 8 points and 9 rebounds.

Good to see Combs coming along. The Indians chances go way up for a regional title with his big body contributing.

Is he a Sophomore?

He is a junior. 6'5 230 or so. He has been plagued with injuries every year but has the potential to bang with the other big guys in the region when healthy.
