Megan Pittman tears ACL

Featured Replies

I just heard Megan Pittman tore her ACL last night. She is a great player. So quiet in person but a beast on the court. I like her game. She has a really great family. My prayers are with them for a speedy recovery. She will do very well at Costal Carolina.

This is the second time?

This is the second time?

From what I've seen on another site this was her "good" knee so this would be a second time.

I concur fully with everything Sportslady had to say and my prayers are also with Megan and her family. May her recovery be complete and her future filled with good things (including no more knee issues).

I just hate reading these stories about girls tearing their ACL's. It just happens way, way too much. ACL tears are terrible but bilaterals and regrafts are especially tough. However, recovery is certainly possible and I've prayed for her surgery and healing.

Sorry to hear about Megan .Say her Mom and Dad tonight and didnt fven know it had happened. I guess everyone knows her brother Brandon goes to Lincoln and is 7th man as a freshman...... Also saw where Nicole Coffman ( Casey Co. 2011) was Heartland Conference player of week at Transy. 12th region has some great lady players.

That's terrible news. Thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family.
