Leslie Co. 60 Madisonville 55

Featured Replies

Is this a surprise to anyone else? Leslie advances to play Lex Cath in primetime tomorrow night.

Leslie can be a tough team. Don't know much about Madisonville, but I've watched this Leslie team for several years and they play well together. Morgan is having an outstanding year.

Neither team was impressive although Leslie jumped out to a 23-13 lead, and then lost it in the third quarter. Madisonville isn't very deep and Leslie's MTM defense wore on Madisonville in the second half.

They play LExCath at 7:30 pm

Leslie started slowly last year, but came on strong at the end of the year and missed a trip to Rupp by 3 points. They have almost everyone back and will be a force to reckon with come March.

Congrats LC!!! I'm glad to see that the Eagles have been playing a whole lot better here lately!

Good chance for a mountain team to prove they can play with a top 20 team tonight when Leslie faces Lex Cath.

Will be a real tough game for the eagles, but anything is possible. That is what makes high school basketball great!!

Where is the game being held at?

Lexington Catholic @ 7:30

Don't know who any of the Leslie County kids are because their roster wasn't in the 5th/3rd program. I'm sure you know who they are
