Don't quote me, but I believe it's Rock, Russell, Knox in that order and yes, each has one loss. Russell beat Knox, Knox beat Rock, Rock beat Russell.

It's a system which is easier than it sounds. It's by measuring the win totals of beaten opponents not involved in the tiebreaker, using your top 4 opponents. If the tie remains beyond that point, you add an opponent until all are exhausted or the tie is broken.

 

So for instance, Rockcastle County gets 7 points for beating Perry County Central, a point per win PCC has. This is where we stand currently (with predicted results from next week):

So basically Rockcastle County has clinched it. They have 18 points currently, and Russell County can do no better than 17, and probably will not get higher than 16. Russell County has clinched second because they can't go higher than 11 points under the best of scenarios.
