Mercer had a good gameplan but turnovers(in the red zone) cost them scoring opportunities. Mercer County is getting better though.

Mercer held the ball for long stretches of time and would turn it over in the red zone. Boyle had 3-4 possessions in both halves. One turnover in the first half and a turnover on downs. Boyle scored on all 3 possessions in the second half, victory formation for the 4th. Mercer had a good gameplan, just turned it over in the red zone.

Casey Whittle had the best game of his career at QB. Something like 15 of 17 for 250+ yards and 2 touchdowns (0 Int). Really showed a lot of composure in the game. Seems he is getting a grasp of things down the stretch.
