It's not like Arizona made a play and got ripped off. Like I said, even your QB agrees. I don't have a big problem with it, but the Giants got a break on that play. But, to be fair, I'd say the same thing for the Cardinals if it had been ruled a fumble. I can certainly see that call going either way.
October 6, 201115 yr He may have meant to go down. I just remember him saying he thought he had been touched. Makes me wonder if he would have reacted differently had he known he hadn't been touched. I see what you are saying. I just wonder what his entire thought process was during that moment. Especially since his whole team thought he had just made a major mistake. Even he thought he messed up. I wonder when the next time something like this may happen. To be honest, when it first happened I just assumed that they were going to give the ball to Arizona. When I read the rule, I understand why they did not.
