Holmes will probably end up 3rd. Highlands will handle them easily like they do everyone. Cov Cath appears to be able to score and Holmes offense hasn't

generated enough offense to probably keep up. Holmes is a tough defensive squad that causes lots of turnovers. If Cov Cath plays a turnover free game they'll win

by 2-3 tD's if, not who knows. A Holmes victory is a possibility, but less than 25% IMO.

Are a lot of PC's athletes still going out for soccer instead of football?What happened to Coach Carver?, things were on the upside when he was there. Can they go back to being an independent and not compete in district play?

 

Yes, the soccer team is still garnering athletes as well. They should compete for another Regional Title this year.

 

There was an unfortunate incident involving Coach Carver that resulted in his resignation about 5 years ago. He was replaced by Lee Teegarden, who left prior to last year's school year for I believe a spot on Ryle's coaching staff. Current coach Terry Brown is in his second year as head coach.

Numbers have certainly thinned out for Pendleton's football team the last few years.

Numbers have definitely went up, they went from having 17 kids on the roster to a solid 40 or so now.

They are definitely up from a three years ago when they struggled to have enough players to field a team. I should have been more clear in saying that their numbers are still not where they were 6 or 7 years ago.
