Is it best to have skilled coaching for every position on your team. or could you get by with unskilled, And win top games.

I think you want has skilled a coach as possible at each position. I dont know any head coach who says, well I guess I need a great coach for my linebackers but not for my defensive backs. LOL. Each position requires specific skills and fundamentals that must be instilled in the players, and this is best accomplished with a coach who knows what he is doing.
