Could it be that it is a young football program at a small school going through a down cycle? Additionally, if there aren't any feeder leagues worth a darn, looks like it will be difficult to replace players w/ equal talent. Lexington is too big not to be a player in one of the major sports.

There IS a good feeder system. As soon as he got here, Paul Rains started a program that begins in 5th grade (Maybe earlier, I'm not sure).
