Huh? NL needs to man up and stop feasting on medicore teams from lower classes. Rock needs to do the same thing if they are doing what you say they are. Stop being scared to play teams equal to you. "I will ask you to answer this" how good has McCreary ever been. You crack me up ref "Come play the little old Rock and see what happens to you" Really? c'mon get some thicker skin.

I do think you all played 1A Pineville, a lower class than yourself

Mountain Referee a 5A school should not be scheduling two 1A schools and a not very good 3A school if they are serious about competing in their district. They are 3-1 feasting on smaller schools and not even good smaller schools. They need to man up and play people that will make them better. I know you love Coach Larkey Jr. but they will get smashed next Friday against a 4A school a good one though. Have fun watching the blow out.

Playing schools four classes down from you is ridiculous unless it is Beechwood, Mayfield or Hazard. Size matters!

Russell has smashed everyone and I am sure it will be no different, how many different guys did NL play than what MC did? Looking at stats it seems to me the same guys play almost every down on both sides of the ball. Someone said NL plays 9 guys both ways, if so where is it any different for playing a small school who plays the same amount of kids both ways. I do like coach Larkey and I know him very well and keep up with his team, but he did go to a team who had won very few games in the history of the school and I am sure a team everyone always wanted to play to get a win.

5A schools has more depth than mediocre 1A schools. Look at his sidelines compared to the tiny schools he has been playing. It counts when you rotate players in to keep kids fresh, it helps when the sick or injury bug hits you. If he is trying to build something schedule comparable schools of equal size, actually he should be scheduling schools better than NL not worse.

Get some rest Mt. Ref you have church in the morning.
