Warren Central/Meade County Predictions

Warren Central travels to Meade County on Friday night. Thoughts and predictions?

Meade will be looking to bounce back from the thumping that we got from John Hardin, WC is no slouch though. If Meade does not find a way to play more than 14-15 players, we will be worn down by the last quarter. Should be a good game, I am giving the edge to Meade because of the game being played a Death Valley.

The major thing about Meade that truly scares me is their passing attack. I watched them against Greenwood and Wilson was dealing in that one. Central has a veteran secondary but they have been susceptible to the passing attack. It is also the first road game of the year for the Dragons. Still, I fully expect Central to come out the victor. This game and their trip to Ballard are the real tests for the Dragons before their matchup with Bowling Green in October.

 

Central's in this weird space between some not giving them enough credit, and some giving them more credit than I think they should. I didn't expect the voting in this thread to have Central behind when I came in.

Heard so many good things about Warren Central, so it's hard to go against them -- even if the game is played at Death Valley, where for whatever reason, Meade always seem to play pretty well in no matter the opponent.

 

Thomas Wilson makes Meade County go. He has an excellent arm, and can run for yardage as well. Should be a good game.

An advantage Meade has they played JH last week which runs the same offense as WC. They usually play the wing-t pretty well. But I think because of the lack of depth WC will win in the end.

We'll be doing it for Warren Central on delay, but that won't be up until Saturday morning. It doesn't look like Meade County webcasts their games on iHigh.
