Cross Country Ryle meet........(JV) Varsity cancelled due to heat!

By the end of the JV run several runners had to have emergency care. Both seemed ok but the meet was halted due to heat. IMO it was a good decision.

We ran in Shelby County this morning. Got both JV and Varsity races in, but cancelled the middle school races due to heat.

Hope every one is ok. Friend and I went and played disc golf yesterday without considering the heat and it really put a hurting on us. I felt somewhat disoriented and just exhausted afterwards, it was kind of scary.
