The Scribe Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Trigg County trailed 10-7 at halftime but controlled the fourth quarter and scored twice to beat the Rockets in Cadiz. Dustin Hernandez is a good runner for Crittenden and truth be told, probably should have had more touches than he did. Trigg has not allowed a point in the second half of any of their three games this year. Conditioning again played a part in their win. Hakeem Tyler had two long TD catch and runs, including a 90-yarder that gave Trigg the lead for good.
The Scribe Posted September 3, 2011 Author Posted September 3, 2011 ^ I agree. The best team of the three by far. Crittenden just got gassed in the fourth quarter.

PtownDude Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Maybe the Crittenden kids are just accustomed to earlier bed times.
UK fball fan Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 2 years ago, I watched Trigg Co play Graves in the Alliance Bowl and was talking to some of there fans and they were telling me that the best players they had were sophomores and they even had a couple of freshmen playing. I thought then, this team's young, but, they have alot of very talented players with good speed and size and they dressed alot of kids and that they would be worth keeping an eye on in a couple of years. Well, those guys are Srs and Jrs now, so, this may be the year Trigg comes back to prominence as they've been down for there standards the past couple of years.
