August 17, 201115 yr Appreciate the help everyone. I'm not a big fan of changes, so I'll likely just start writing my checks to TW when the switch happens, but it is nice to hear the satellite options are now more viable. Jim, your info in particular gives me some alarm though. Not a big fan of companies (utilities) that have no problem expecting my money every month but can't provide me fast, friendly, customer service. I thought Insight had made great strides in this department in the last 3 or 4 years.
August 17, 201115 yr Let me know if any of you are switching to DirecTV. I can get a hundred dollars and you can get a hundred dollars for just switching or picking up a new account. Help a brotha out here.
