Gallatin Co. 51 Carroll Co. 40-31st District semifinals

Featured Replies

The Lady Wildcats advance to the 8th Regional Tournament for the first time since 2000. They will also play on their home floor.

Was this a big upset? Carroll County is pretty good with the Devine girl at guard. Saw them last week and I thought they were pretty good. I guess they play more than just boys basketball in Wildcat Country. Good luck Gallatin and congratulations.

Not an upset, EC. This is Gallatin's third win over Carroll this season. They are also 13-3 since Christmas and have won 9 of 10.

Glad we're heading to Warsaw next week!!! Is Coach Roberts back on the sidelines yet?? I wasn't sure yet.

No, she is not back yet and may not get back before the season is over. She has been supporting the team and Coach Calland from the stands behind the bench.

Solid game by GC congratulations on making the 8th region tourney.

Also congratulations to the 3 Seniors from Carroll County, Tasha Hunter, Kyndal Curry and Jill Butcher. All three have been with coach Mefford since the 7th or 8th grade and have had excellent careers at CC. This is the first year they won't be making the trip to the regional tourney. Great kids on and off the court.

Good luck to Gallatin County.

Brooke Hill dominated.

Brooke Hill dominated.
I had a friend who attended this game and he told me the same thing that the Hill girl dominated from start to finish.
