Mercer extends its win streak to 5, with a very likely chance to make it 7 in a row to finish out the season and take alot of momentum into the district tourney

How did Mercer finish in the district standings?

Second. They have to play against West Jessamine on West's home floor in the district opener. East Jessamine won the district and will play Burgin.

Wow. Heck of a first round game.

You aren't kidding. I wouldn't be surprised to see West win it. The 46th is a really good district this season.

Just shows the 12th is pretty good.

Yes it is. The competition from 1-3 is like the 45th except our 4 seed is capable of beating our 1-3 seeds. Our district didn't do that badly against their district when I look at results. It's probably close to even record wise I am thinking without looking anything up.

Yes, I think so too. Looking at the Sweet 16 draw there is an opportunity, IMO, for the 12th region to advance a time or two or more in the tourney. I am definitely looking forward to the Regional Tourney and I hope my Rebels give me a chance to cheer and not just spectate. Looking at possible district tourney matchups there are some good teams that will not make the Region Tourney.
