Tough matchup for PC in the first round.

How would this district have been set if it was seeded? Just curious.

It would have been a three way tie. All beat Nicholas. Pendleton beat Harrison, Harrison beat Deming, and Deming beat Pendleton. Don't know how the tie breaker would have went.

Harrison Co has to be very happy with the draw.
