Lamonica played for Notre Dame and lost in the Super Bowl starting for Oakland. There may be others. I'm assuming the trivia was for undefeated teams.

While Montana was 4-0 in Super Bowl starts, Notre Dame as a whole was 5-2. Thanks DF, you were right on Lamonica losing in SB II, but don't forget about Thiesmann who was 1-1 winning SB XVII and losing SB XVIII.
