How much predicted for E-Ky...worried about my parents in Morgan Co.
Don't know of any predictions that I would really count on yet. The problem that might arise from this is this snow should be heavy and wet. That might cause problems of power outages. Eastern Kentucky right now is in the bulls eye of the storm. I want to caution that might change.
