1) “You tell your boys they better kill me, Bert. They better go all the way with me, cause if they just bust me up, I'll put all those pieces back together again, then so help me, so help me God, Bert, I'm gonna come back here and I'm gonna kill you.”

2. Jerry Maguire

5. No Country For Old Men

6. L.A. Confidential

#1 and #4 sound very familiar but I can't place them.

#7 is Spies Like Us

#10 is Batman

Yessir. Half way done.

I was thinking about quoting the "doctor...doctor...doctor...doctor..." scene from Spies Like Us, but it would've taken a ridiculous amount of space.

I've never even heard of "Spies Like Us"...quick synopsis please?

It's a mid-80's comedy. Dan Akroyd is a brainiac government worker, Chevy Chase is a kind of a half-wit. They both take the foreign services exam, both do poorly, but they still end up being hired in for foreign intelligence (unbeknownst to them, they're hired as intelligence decoys). The two are paired up and end up going to Afghanistan and the Soviet Union and end up doing more actual spy work and espionage than was intended.

That actually may be the best line of the movie. Can't believe I forgot that one.

Just these three left.

I actually got #5. It was an educated guess...I didn't actually remember the line, but I was thinking of a movie that would fit in and for some reason No Country For Old Men came to mind.

I rarely get any of these, although I often recognize them when someone gives the right answer. I enjoy these threads.

#1 does seem familiar, but I'm no good at this.
