The Pulaski County Maroons play at Harlan County Friday 11-19-2010. Pulaski County won in the season opener at Pulaski County 40-7.

I think Pulaski will soundly beat Harlan, however, it will not be as easy as the season opening 40-7 PC win. I think HC will come out play and they will play hard. Pulaski has more weapons and will eventually wear down a good HC team. With that said when you face a Larkey coached team anything can happen. I'll take Pulaski 35-21 give or take a few points in either direction.

This will be the best game in the mountains next friday.

Last time I have to say this,HC will win this region. HC 35-20

Lots of talent on the old Evarts, Cumberland and Cawood teams. Just a matter of time before Coach Larkey blends them into a championship team. This could be the year.

I think this one is too close to call. Pulaski is probably the favorite because they beat the Black Bears so convincingly in the first game of the year. However, HC has improved tremendously since that game. While many would argue that Bell vs. Knox or Trinity vs. St. X will be the game of the week, I think HC vs. Pulaski will go down to the wire!

 

No matter who wins, they'll have Highlands waiting for them in the semi-finals. Unfortunately, we all probably know how that game will end...
