Tilghman's Forrest returns kickoff 68 yards after a Union score midway through 4th quarter. PT ends Unions last ditch around the PT 30 with a int. with a minute to go in the game.

Great game ... Tilghman won despite outgained by a 2-1 margin. Josh Forrest caught a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter, then returned a kickoff to put the Tornado ahead. Rashad Brown had two interceptions and made a tremendous effort on a play where he ran down a receiver from behind at the 2, preventing a 90-yard touchdown pass, and Tilghman ended the series with a goal-line stand.

Union showed they're for real. Devin Foster, their star tailback, hurt his ankle again on his second carry of the game. Aaron Hedgepath, a good running back and linebacker, suffered an apparent concussion and missed the entire second half.

Bryan Bickett, a receiver that killed Tilghman last year, nearly did it again, with four catches for 180 or so yards.

The Braves had to make the trip back to Morganfield thinking they're every bit Tilghman's equal or better, and they may very well be right. I'll be very surprised if they don't meet in the third round of the playoffs, again in Paducah.

Briar Jumpers watch out for Paducah. Good win.
