Seems to me like the last time these teams played, Bell dominated in every catagory except score & fumbles. Highlands had 92 yards total offense. Eliiminate the two Bell fumbles and the score would have been like 14-6 maybe...Bell.

 

BTW Davenport is as fast as anyone on Highlands team...believe it. Grass or turf...lol

Agreed...My point is the score of that game was like 13-7 or something like that. A Highlands fumble recovery for 62 yards of one of Highlands' scores. Bell fumbled entering the endzone nullifying a a score. Take those two plays out of the game and Bell wins and domnates all catagories. It was inferred that Bell need not show up if they played this year...To that point I disagree. Year in year out Bell is not Highlands...neither is Boyle for that matter. The game would be better to watch than many would believe....

That is my point exactly. I am not saying that Bell would beat Highlands but it would be one heck of a game.

And your point is I agree I would love to see Bell and Highlands play. I have watched Bell and Highlands play every time except one and they have all been close games. All that I am saying is that it would be a great game. It would be alot closer than you think. Ask Meuller what he thinks about Bell County he has alot of respect for the Bobcats.

No one is saying that Bell is better than Highlands. All we are saying is that Bell is not "scared" of Highlands and if they played Bell could play with them (they always have in the past) and possibly beat them.

No, unfortunately all of Bell Counties coal severance tax money was sent to the Golden Triangle. Also, your welcome for the turf.

Something interesting I have read since becoming involved in this thread.....Many have siad Mitchell was ultimately cleared including administrators of this site....KSHAA still records the playoff win to Bell county as a forfeit 1-0 yet the championship has never been stripped. If you don't believe me check for yourself.......Not trying to get suspended...I'm just saying.....It's on their site for the reading.....
