The last few meetings between these two district opponents have been over by halftime. However, this year the Rebels come into Fryer with a 4-3 record and look to be the first 2A team to beat Fort Campbell since 2006, although Fort Knox had every opportunity earlier this year. Fort Campbell on the other hand is 1-5 for the first time in almost a decade and is searching for solutions.

The Falcon’s have had the last two weeks to get things together before they start district games and I’m hoping they come out this Friday and play up to their potential and mistake free football. I’m predicting the Falcons win this one by 2 TDs.

I am going with FC 35 Todd 21!

This game is the tipping point in the season for FC. Should FC lose this one, the players need to line up Saturday morning for equipment turn-in. We can skip baketball season (FC is not a b-ball mecca) and start track practice on October 11 and prepare to defend the back to back state track and field titles.

Seriously, FC is going to come out Friday and get it done! 35 - 0 FC

This game should be very tellin how class 2A will playout approaching playoff time, I'll be in attendence watchin the young talent battle.

Fort Campbell wins this one, not so 'hands down' as my good friend FalconBacker would like.....but our Falcons will still walk off of that field winners!

Later.

Fort Campbell wins big - 42 -7 Dont give up on the falcons yet - they have played a very tough schedule so far. I think they will be getting their star player back here soon - dont think he has palyed all year due to a knee injury.

There may be something to that; very, very soon. All in due time.

Nice picture of "Sweetness", never any finer than #34.

Hope you have a good time at the game. Fryar Stadium is half football stadium and half construction zone. They have been working on resurfacing the track for the better part of 3 weeks, progressing at a snails pace.

Pretty sure that's not gonna happen yet.....there should still be some strength tests and such that have to be done before he can even practice with the team.

Hope it's done for Friday's Homecoming Festivities.......we usually have the Vette Club drivin' the court around the track.

Thank you, I uploaded Walter Payton photo from clipart. Also, I have seen the stadium renovation crew working at night, good sign work may be done by Kickoff.
