Very frustrating game to watch. Backup QB Darion Lewis showed a lot of promise and was a huge spark to the Titans offense. He got the Titans moving down field. Made an inexperienced error which resulted in an interception, but I liked what I saw in him. He'll be fine... should be a dandy as he gets more snaps and game experience. Burrus and Banks had a few nice drives. Don't know why Banks wasn't involved in the offense sooner in the game like RememberThis said. The line was blown off the ball... shoestring tackle and arm tackling won't get you very far. Fundamentals looked a little weak and that will be more evident against the BC Rebels next week. I'm pulling for the Titans and want to see these kids and the football program build to a tradition of winning. This team does have talent..., the middle school has success and championships everyear, why is it when they get to the high school level the success doens't seem to follow?

 

Does anyone know about the Titans off season workouts, weightlifting... summer 2 a/days? Are we working our butts off in the offsesaon to enjoy the benefits of it on Friday nights? Football season starts in January, not June!

Boyle County has Mercer County next week. Things could get ugly but only because Boyle County has had two weeks to prepare for Mercer County and the Titans are coming off a tough loss to Anderson County.

 

Good luck to Mercer County. I want to see them succeed. Tough loss.

I know its a tough loss but I hope they muster up the fight to take Boyle on and at least make it a good game, I foreal dont know what I would do if Mercer beat Boyle but I know I would probably be about the happiest Mercer Countian ever lol. But it foreal would be a great site to watch Boyle go down on the opening of their new field but either way I hope both team to great after this game, Go Titans.
