Ryle 14 Simon Kenton 12 (Frosh)

Featured Replies

SK wasn't trying. SK played all 7th graders. Ryle played all seniors. The refs screwed SK. There was a constant wind blowing against SK's offense. The scoreboard malfunctioned. SK felt sorry for Ryle. Ryle's flashy uniforms distracted SK. SK was forced to play with a greased football.

Take your pick. :sssh:

The scoreboard did malfunction. Or they just didn't have anyone to run it. The game was a hard hitting (on both sides) late hits (on both sides) Ryle turned the ball over at least twice. (I missed the start of the game.) I do agree a little with SKfanatic about it just being freshmen. But........... this is thr 3rd year in a row that the Ryle freshmen have won this game. Something to think about????

Well last year SK's JV team beat Ryle's JV team 30 to 24 that is something to think about!

I was at the game, I saw or heard no lady in orange or blue taunting any 14 or 15 or for the matter anyone. Trust me, Ryle did not mind hitting SK. There is a difference between playing football and taking cheap shots. Although cheap shots happen at every game, it appeared to be more than normal. And yes, we will all be thinking about last years JV loss 30 to 24 as we go through out our day..in fact, I am calling in sick and headed back to the house to ponder the loss.

Wow, missed that, thought it was a football game. I thought it was a good game to watch. Just cause your team doesn't like to get hit, don't call it "cheap shots". BTW the large lady in orange taunting 14 and 15 year olds on there way to there locker room showed pure class!

Someones upset they got beat... Thats ashame. Wait till varsity then we'll really never here the end of Sk fans crying.

Not upset just couldn't believe what i was hearing from a so called parent. Simple as that. Won't hear me crying, I'm proud of the strides weve made the last few years. I'll be there tru thick and thin. BTW the foward pass is so fun to watch you have to give it a try sometime.

Ok...thought about it. How many JV starters for Ryle are playing Varsity this year? vice versa? JV is hardly indicative of how the Varsity game will pan out, neither is freshman. Ponder over this please...or did I use too many big words for you.

Ryle - W, SK - L. Nothing else matters. Good training ground for the officials and SK's scoreboard operator.
