I have not seen nor heard much about the goings on so far. Anyone have any info? A couple things I did hear are:

 

1) With his dad who was to run the summer program this year leaving for Holy Cross, Cam Murphy is headed there as well.

 

2) Mitch Shover has been seen on the sidelines of the JV games, I am assuming as we are down a coach. IMO very good to see him involved in the program.

 

3) Seems I was wrong in saying last year when I heard kids were not going to play their senior year - I heard numbers have been good and most of the kids have been there lately.

 

Anything else?

Why are we down a coach? Coach T retirement?

Has someone been named to replace Coach Murphy? I did not see anything, I am assuming Mitch is strictly summer help. As for Coach T, I thought I heard he was going to still help out.

Not sure, that is why I am asking as well. Again, I heard talk that some seniors who did not play last year, were going to try again (Like Terrana) I did ask and was told that Mash had not been to anything until the other nite scrimmage. First thing he was at, so I guess he is playing. I know Baker, Thelen and Schult have been there. Have not heard a thing about Riedinger, Connelly nor Hudepohl.

Now that it is over, any assesment of the Colonels for the summer? I didn't see a game.
