Who are the top 5 schools right now? Are the best teams in the Lexington area? Lex Chris, Lex Cath, Lafayette, Dunbar and Tates Creek???

Those teams are actually in the same district.

Lex Cath and Tates Creek are the clear two best in the city. After that it's Lex Christian and Lafayette. I don't think Dunbar has a whole lot this season.

Lexington Catholic, Tates Creek, West Jessamine, Harrison County, and Apollo are my favorites but this is just my opinion.

Here's my five. Only one team can come out of the 7th and 11th regions, so that's why I picked these five.

3. Trinity

4. Apollo

5. Harrison Co.
