Fun game to watch both teams played well.

Owen didn't play well. They shot the ball very poorly. I believe they were 4/26 behind the 3 point line and 2/9 from the foul line. If they shot the ball decent at all, then the margin could have been dramatically different. Good to see the Rebels pull out a win against a scrappy Williamstown team with a poor shooting night though.

Why did they shoot 26 threes...? They have 3 of the biggest men in the region..why not pound the ball down low?

The reason for so many 3s was because Williamstown packed in a 2-3 zone and didn't guard the perimeter at all. This gave wide open looks for the guards. They just didn't make very many. Just enough to win the game which is really all that matters.

Sounds like Coach May had a pretty good game plan. Wonder if other teams with take note of this?

It seemed to me that Shelton was on the perimeter more than in the post. Once he got in there though he basically had his way. just curious why they didn't take advantage of that.
