Prayers for my wife

Featured Replies

NF- Continue to fight the good fight, prayers from Fort Thomas! This does get lonely, I put my wife through the same battle a few years back, when I was reallly sick with Leukemia. Most of us have many different opinions on BGP, but I know we all come together in prayer when you need a little bit of a boost. Hang in there brother!

Neerfan, Thoughts and prayers for you both.

We'll be praying for her.

Well, all tests came back negative for any problems with the liver, gall bladder and pancreas. Her Dr, thinks it was a reaction to her new medicine, Savella (no longer taking) and said that it likely caused a breif case of pancreatitis and transient hepatitis. He told her that the manufacturer of the drug would likely call her since there have been no other cases of this for any patients taking that med. She's now home and will visit her primary care Dr to fight the fight against the joint/muscle pain. Thanks again, it's been a long stressful four days.

wow, that's pretty wild.

Glad to hear that all of the tests were negative (I think) and that she's back home.
