I think I'd use Green Bay over the Browns myself.

I am thinking.

Indy over St L - week 7

Chi over Clev - 8

Atl or GB in week 9. They play Wash and TB

I am really nervous about the loss of Odom for the Bengals. He has had the biggest difference on that side of the ball and there isn't a defense in football on any level that can be good without a pass rush.

6. Who are the Rams and Titans fighting for with the first pick in the draft?

My guess is that Tennessee's options in the draft will be between the top tier QB's or the big DT from Nebraska...

Ndamukong Suh, DT - Nebraska

Jake Locker, Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy, Jevan Snead, Jimmy Clausen

It's a no-brainer for them, IMO. They have to address those two positions.

The QB position is killing Tennessee's offense. And, the defense (especially the secondary) has been decimated with injuries...but they weren't playing good when they were healthy.

The Titans need a QB and a difference maker on the defensive line. The loss of Haynesworth looms large, but one player shouldn't make that big of a difference.

Yesterday's game didn't suprise me. Based on the Titans pass defense to date and who they were playing, I figured Brady and Moss would get off big time. And they did. What makes it worse is that they allowed that kind of passing display in a snowstorm.

I really hope they finish the season this way so they can address the QB position with whomever they choose in the draft. Or get a stud on the D-line.

It's hard to cheer for your team to lose, but when they do it gives you something to look forward to.

It's not so hard when they're mathematically eliminated before their bye week.

I expect them to bounce back after the bye and be more competitive. Fisher has brought them back from bad starts before...0-5 to finish 8-8 and nearly make the playoffs...1-4 to the AFC Championship game. They won't pack it in for the rest of the season the way they did yesterday. And, the schedule is a little easier over the last 10 than it was through the first 6.

My biggest fear is that Vince Young will play decent, the Titans will string together some wins and they'll decide to go into 2010 with him as the starting QB. That's the #1 thing I don't want to happen...I'd rather see 0-16.

VY is not a franchise QB, so you might not get a better chance at a top 10 pick...

The fact that Tennessee doesn't want to replace Collins with Young right now tells me about all I need to know regarding what they think of him. I also remember Collinsworth and Costas saying that one of the things that surprised them leading up to the Sunday night game against Indy was how little support there was in the locker room for Vince to get a shot at starting. I think he lost the team and he's not going to get it back.

Hopefully, the Titans will be able to draft a guy like Clausen, keep Collins around as a backup and cut Vince Young.

If they don't pick a QB in the draft, it better be the big guy from Nebraska. Anything else would be unacceptable.
